5. Tracking Your Order

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we strive for fast processing, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in the fulfillment process, and changes can no longer be guaranteed. To request a change, please email support@heurovita.com immediately.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost the first time. Please report any delivery issues within 5 days of the expected delivery date by contacting us at support@heurovita.com.
9. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
