3. Refunds

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. UK & European Union 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility requirements (original condition and packaging) listed in Section 1.
